The SMART E-waste academy has been established to train internally with a guarantee of a job.
Training
Practical education
During the training,, the participant is given the opportunity to obtain a ” Certified E Waste Technician” certificate.
This training offers people an social assistance and the opportunity to grab a job.
The training program lasts a maximum of 6 months. After this process, the candidate moves on to a paid job or further education.
In collaboration with practical education, we offer students the opportunity to gain practical experience through an internship. A number of interns were so enthusiastic that after their internship they moved on to the good job.
